This popular Thornton, Ontario ice cream shop & food truck offers a great selection of gluten free on the menu, both in the ice cream shop and over to a chip truck at The Fry’s The Limit, and yes the deep fryer is dedicated gluten free too!

The Parlour has been apart of the Thornton community for 35 years and a spot many generations have grown to love.

We love ending off our days at The Parlour with an awesome ice cream dessert after a busy workday, and sneaking in some delicious gluten free poutines every time we are in the neighbourhood.
