If you wish to purchase any product or service featured through the Gluten Free Journey Shop Sellers, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant the Seller the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to their Privacy Policy.

Sellers reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

Sellers reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We guarantee the quality of all of our products. When you order from our Sellers, you are assured that their products are of the highest quality. We ask that you notify Sellers of problems by the next business day after receipt of your order.

In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Sellers. Sellers reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.

You can return your item(s) purchased from Sellers up to 30 days after the purchase date, subject to change without notification. Returns may incur a restocking fee to cover label and labour costs associated with producing products.

All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after return expiry from the original purchase date. Expired products and products expiring in the subsequent 90 days from date of return will not be eligible for a refund.

Sellers process and ship new orders within 2-weeks from payment approval. Additional shipping charges may result from split orders. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays).

Shipping cost will be determined by independent Sellers, commonly the standard rates of your preferred carrier.

Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, Sellers will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used.
