Namaste Foods Gluten Free Spice Cake Mix makes two 9″ cakes for about the same price as competitors single layer mixes.

Ingredients Needed: Eggs or Egg Replacer, Oil or Butter, and Water

Directions to Make Spice Cake Mix:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly grease cake pans (or use paper liners for cupcakes).
  3. Combine 4 eggs, 3/4 cup water and 2/3 cup of oil or melted butter.
  4. Add cake mix and blend well.
  5. Bake according to time on chart displayed on box.
  6. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.


Ingredients: Cane sugar, brown rice flour (long grain white rice, rice bran), Starches (Tapioca and/or Arrowroot), rice syrup solids (rice protein, natural mixed tocopherols), citrus fiber, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
