How to Bake with King Arthur Measure for Measure Gluten Free Flour

• Use the same amount by volume to substitute 1:1 for all-purpose wheat flour.
• Ideal for cookies, cakes, muffins, quick breads, pancakes, waffles, brownies, scones, pie crust, and other non-yeasted recipes.

Not ideal for yeasted recipes (breads, pizza, and buns).

Purchased this product once with other items and the bag broke in packing. Walmart sent a replacement and the product is really good. During the pandemic, I have been doing a lot more baking and cooking for the family. If you use gluten free products this is a good one because of the mix of the ingredients which make up the gluten free flour.

Use this for all my gluten free friends when I make cookies especially use the gluten free recipe that King Arthur has on their website for Snickerdoodles and have received rave reviews.

I love King Arthur Measure for Measure GF Flour. It works for almost everything I make for my children, who have a lot of allergies. My children like the taste of this flour over other GF flours. The product was a great deal and arrived faster than expected!!
