Winnie’s Certified Gluten-Free Bakery strives to provide fantastic sweet and savoury products.
Their food is handmade in small batches and is so tasty that even people who aren’t gluten intolerant love it.
They offer meat pies, single-serving sized meals, family-sized lasagna, soups, perogies, and fruit pies. Customer favourites include puff pastry foldovers with meat or veggie fillings, scrumptious squares, butter tarts, fruit pies, carrot cake, waffles, eclairs, and even ice cream sandwiches. Their bread (white, flax and cheese) is so tasty, several local restaurants use it for their sandwiches.
