Absolutely wonderful. Recipes are simple and fun. I love this author all of her recipes are such a unique creative way of making food and the flavors are amazing. I am an amateur level cook and had no problem with these recipes. On an extra plus the book is just beautiful the photos make me hungry.
I purchased this cookbook and I haven’t gone wrong with any of the recipes I’ve tried. So far, her veggie burgers, classic vegan lasagna, garlic pineapple stir-fried quinoa, and Greek kale salad have all been huge hits; but the spinach & artichoke dip is by far my favorite. Dana Shultz has made my vegan diet more exciting than it has ever been since I made the decision to follow a primarily plant-based diet. I love this book so much that I purchased a second one for my son’s girlfriend who also enjoys clean eating. Anyone thinking about purchasing this book will not be disappointed.
Easy delicious plant based cookbook. The book is amazing and the recipes always turn out and are easy!
