Gluten Free Apple Peach Crumble Recipe
Enjoy an easy to make, healthy gluten free dessert with this Apple Peach Crumble. This will quickly become a family favourite, requested at all your cook-outs and family gatherings. Don't tell them it's gluten free, they will never know the difference!
Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 5 apples peeled and chopped
- 5 peaches chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
For the Crumble:
- 1 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with coconut oil or butter
- Place apples and peaches in a large bowl and top with cinnamon, brown sugar, orange juice and corn starch.
- Spread out in baking dish.
- Place gluten free flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt into bowl and stir.
- Add butter to bowl and using hand mixer crumble mixture together until crumbly.
- Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of apples and peaches.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
