Gluten Free Apple Peach Crumble

Enjoy an easy to make, healthy gluten free dessert with this Apple Peach Crumble. This will quickly become a family favourite requested at all your cook-outs and gatherings. Don't tell them its gluten free, they won't know the difference!

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 5 apples peeled and chopped
  • 5 peaches chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose gluten free flour

For the Crumble:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose gluten free flour
  • 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter cold
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with coconut oil or butter
  • Place apples and peaches in a large bowl and top with cinnamon, brown sugar, orange juice and flour.
  • Spread out in baking dish.
  • Place gluten free flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt into bowl and stir.
  • Add coconut oil or butter to bowl and using hand mixer crumble mixture together until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of apples and peaches.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Serve warm ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
