In most cases, the person who will best be able to help you with your subscription is the seller from whom you purchased.
Each Cratejoy Marketplace listing has a “Contact Seller” button toward the bottom of the page, which can be used to send an email to that seller.
You can also navigate to the My Subscriptions page, where each of your subscriptions will have a corresponding Contact Seller button.
Each seller on Cratejoy has their own shipping and billing schedule for their product, so you can use the My Subscriptions page to check when your particular subscription renews.
In the upper-left corner of each subscription card, it will show you your next renewal date–that is, when you’re being charged next.
Many sellers have provided their shipping policy. You can view this information in two places.
Your Order Confirmation page will show the shipping policy after placing your order. You can also see the shipping policy on the My Subscriptions page on the subscription card for your subscription. Clicking the “Shipping Policy” link will bring up a popover with the seller’s shipping policy. In instances where a shipping policy isn’t provided, you can contact the seller directly to ask.
You are able to cancel any active subscription using your account at cratejoy.com. Keep in mind though, this will not issue a refund but simply stop the subscription from renewing. To request a refund, you will need to contact the seller.
Log in to your My Subscriptions Page and click Subscriptions
Click Active Subscriptions – Click Manage Subscription – Click Cancel Subscription – Select a reason for cancelling and provide feedback on how your experience could have been improved – Click Cancel Subscription
