My husband dicovered that he’s allergic to wheat, so he misses out on many family Christmas favorites. When I happened across these gluten free shortbread, I took a chance that he would like them. He was thrilled and liked them so much I bought another for him. They’re a bit more expensive than the regular walkers shortbread, but then almost all the gluten free items I purchase for him are.
These are a must for Christmas! Probably the best gluten free shortbread you’ll be able to buy. Have a bunch on hand as it’s the easiest thing to throw on a plate for gf Christmas goodies. Not overpriced like so many are. 10/10 would recommend. It’s been years since I’ve been able to have shortbread at christmas. One cookie came broken, the rest were solid and not cracked at all so that’s pretty good I’d say for cookies coming thru the post.
