I love the texture and taste of the Schar buns! Also that I can keep them for a long period of time. Many gluten-free buns are frozen taking up loads of space in my freezer, so this is an excellent option. The shelf life is great so I can order and always have some available to curb those burger cravings.

My husband was diagnosed with a gluten allergy a few years ago. He has tried many hamburger buns but he loves Schar. They are so soft and have a great flavour. He now enjoys having a hamburger on a bun, even makes sandwiches. Hope they never discontinue this product!
