With inspiration from the popular Greek omelet, this delicious omelet is perfect for breakfast. Filled with sautéed spinach, feta, roasted red peppers, and black olives for a savory combination. Paired with sweet fruit and almond quinoa.

Omelet: Egg Whites, Modified Food Starch, Xanthan Gum, Flavor, Annatto.

Fruited Quinoa: Cooked Quinoa (water, quinoa), Almonds, Dried Cranberries (cranberries, sugar, citric acid, sunflower oil, elderberry juice concentrate), Dried Currants (zante currants, vegetable oil).

Omelet Filling: Feta (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, cellulose, enzymes), Roasted Red Peppers (roasted peppers, water, salt, citric acid), Spinach (garlic, basil), Black Olives (ripe olives, water, salt, ferrous gluconate).

Garnish: Parsley.
