These delicious Angel Hair shirataki noodles are thin and airy, they make a great starting point for many tasty gluten free entrees!
What are shirataki noodles, exactly? Unlike typical noodles, which are made of flour or grains, shirataki noodles are made of the Japanese konjac plant – which means they’re essentially 97 percent water and 3 percent soluble fiber – so they’re much better for you.
Each serving of Miracle Noodle Angel Hair contains 5 calories and less than 3 grams of carbs. In fact, that small carb content is only from the fiber and citric acid that helps the noodles keep their shape.
Note: Citric acid is not in the noodles but in the water, rinsing the noodles will get rid of it.
I always like to have angel hair miracle noodle on hand for my Keto lifestyle. They have little to no carbs and if you follow directions they are sooo good and very versatile. Just made Wicked Beef tonight with them!!!
These are the best spaghetti sub noodles I’ve ever used. I love the fettuccine noodles for my homemade keto Alfredo sauce but these stir fry well, hold up in soups and in Bolognese sauce.
Not an overstatement that I wouldn’t be able to maintain my diet without these. They work great as a noodle substitute–obviously they don’t taste the same as regular noodles, but the flavour and texture are good enough that I don’t miss the real thing. Also, takes 5 min to prepare them, which is great. Recommend getting angel hair and fettuccine to mix it up a bit since the flavour is all the same.
