What Others Have to Say

Since this is all new to me I was at a loss as to where to turn for good info on being Gluten Free. It was well written & full of info & resources from a Certified Nutrition Coach but also you live GF day in & day out. I highly recommend this great book to anyone wanting to gain information about living a Gluten Free Life & why it is so important. It was a real eye opener & it helped me look into other areas of my life that I hadn’t considered. Bonus was the Recipe section at the end. Thank you for printing the book with a Font size that assisted with the easy read. This book will certainly benefit a lot of people needing to be Gluten Free.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed as celiac or have had your gluten problem for years this book is for you. You may be responsible for the care and nutrition of someone who must avoid gluten of so this is essential reading. The gluten problem is exhaustively explored in a way that is clear and informative.I particularly enjoyed the use of personal experience to reinforce and illustrate the text. I am sure the large number of suitable recipes will reassure the reader that if they have a gluten problem they can still enjoy a wide and varied menu.

This book is full of great information. Wish someone had told me about it when I was diagnosed 12 months ago. Highly recommend.

I really loved reading this book! The whole concept of breaking up with gluten is so clever and funny and so right on the nose! That’s exactly how it feels to go gluten free! And I loved the metaphor that if you’ve been stabbed in the gut, you can’t just remove the knife (or the gluten), you also have to heal. The author offers so much helpful advice on helping your body heal… I took notes! I love that she includes recipes at the end, too! If you’ve been diagnosed with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity or intolerance, you MUST read this book! Your sense of humor and your body will thank you!

After receiving a confirmed diagnosis of celiac disease, I searched Amazon for a good book on the subject and how to approach gluten free life – and this was the one I chose based on the description and reviews. I’m very happy with my choice! I found it interesting, informative, supportive and, most importantly, helpful. I read it from cover-to-cover, and have it on my recipe book shelf as I’m sure I’ll want to refer to it again in future. I also find the author’s website and Instagram posts very helpful.
