This cereal is delicious! Subtle flavour, not sugary or sweet — but would make the perfect option for kids breakfast as well! Tasty over all. When I eat cereal this is my choice. They are crunchy & taste great with almond milk, made with whole grains & not too sweet! Canadian made – would buy again for sure!
My toddlers favourite cereal and I like that it’s not high in sugar. Hard to find at grocery stores. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a low sugar but tasty cereal.
Celebrating More Than 25-Years of Barbara’s Bakery Cereals!
Back in 1995, Barbara’s needed a name for a new gluten free cereal – the puffy, crunchy pillows of corn, lightly sweetened with molasses was a cereal like no other. When looking for a name, Barbara’s searched high and low – and then a long-time employee suggested the name Puffins in honour of the adorable little sea birds that she fell in love with on a recent trip. The whimsical name rose to the top of the list and the rest is history.

Corn flour, whole grain oat flour, cane sugar, oat fibre, corn bran, unsulhpured molasses, sea salt, baking soda, asorbic acid, tocopherals (antioxidants to maintain freshness).
