Plus many Saturday’s they bake donuts fresh that morning, our favourite being their Sugar Cinnamon donuts.

The shop serves up various gluten-free and/or vegan baked goods, such as cookies, squares, brownies, macaroons, cupcakes and more. On the savory side, Cal’s offers breakfast bagels, lunch wraps, soups and coffee. There’s also a freezer stocked with more than 18 gluten-free and/or vegan items, ranging from bagels, breads and muffins to pizzas, perogies, lasagna and more.

They also carry an all natural hyper-caffeinated coffee from New York that contains up to 50% more caffeine than your average cup of joe, the perfect option for every coffee addict.

The bakery also prepares custom cakes and desserts, and can accommodate various food preferences and allergens.

It is such a lovely place, you can tell the owners are passionate about what they do. They offer many vegan options as well which is lovely. We have purchased many different items and they were all delicious. They were so friendly and made sure we were informed about everything we were purchasing. Don’t expect that usual gluten free dense, gritty textures. You won’t even be able to tell their products are gluten free they are THAT good.

There are many new gluten free options everyday including take home treats, bulk baked goods, pasta, and Chinese food! Everything was delicious. Every ingredient is meticulously considered from the flour to the vanilla even to the coffee beans. If it is sold in their store, it IS gluten free!
