Gluten Free Apple Peach Crumble
Enjoy an easy to make, healthy gluten free dessert with this Apple Peach Crumble. This will quickly become a family favourite requested at all your cook-outs and gatherings. Don't tell them its gluten free, they won't know the difference!

For the Filling:

apples
peeled and chopped

chopped

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

brown sugar

orange juice
▢

corn starch
For the Crumble:
▢

cup
all-purpose gluten free flour
▢
¾
cup
brown sugar
▢

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

unsalted butter
melted

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
▢
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with coconut oil or butter
▢
Place apples and peaches in a large bowl and top with cinnamon, brown sugar, orange juice and corn starch.
▢
Spread out in baking dish.
▢
Place gluten free flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt into bowl and stir.
▢
Add butter to bowl and using hand mixer crumble mixture together until crumbly.
▢
Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of apples and peaches.
▢
Bake for 40 minutes.
▢
Serve warm ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
